1.2. To be eligible for a refund, the coffee packets must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
1.3. Please contact our customer support team at info@foundation.ua to initiate a refund request. Provide your order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant information.
1.4. Once we receive and inspect the returned coffee packets, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
1.5. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 14 days to process, depending on your payment provider. - Exchanges:
2.1. We do not offer direct exchanges for coffee purchases. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. - Non-refundable Items:
3.1. Gift cards, promotional items, or any other non-coffee products are non-refundable. - Shipping Costs:
4.1. The original shipping charges for your order are non-refundable.
4.2. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the coffee packets. - Damaged or Defective Items:
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective coffee packet, please contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of delivery.
5.2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
5.3. We will review your request and, if deemed eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.
